broad-spectrum herbicide for control of grassy and broad-leaved weeds.

emergence applications which belong to the Triazine group.

a pre-emergence and can also be applied immediately after transplanting on
maize crop.

Atrazine works by inhibiting
photosynthesis by binding with the DI protein site at photosystem II. It also
inhibits the enzymatic activity in the targeted weeds. Lack of photosynthesis results
in the death of treated plants..

Recommended Crops, Weeds & Dosage:

Target Crop: Maize, Sugarcane.
·
Target Weeds : Trianthema monogyna, Polygonum spp, Amaranthus viridis,
Cleome viscosa, Digeraarvensis, Echinochloa spp, Xanthium strumarium,
Brachiaria spp, Digitaria spp, Eleusine spp.
Dose:

Maize: 400–800 g per acre.
·
Sugarcane: 400 g–1.6 kg per acre.
·
Water Volume: Mix with 200–300 liters
of water per acre.
Method of Application: Ground level spray on young newly emerged weeds.
