·         Pymetra is a pre-emergence herbicide offered by Berrysun Agro PVT. LTD.

·         Pymetra Herbicide is a broad-spectrum herbicide of chloroacetamide group which controls all type of weeds in rice.

Pymetra Technical Details

·         Technical name - Pretilachlor 50% EC

·         Category –  Herbicides. 

·         Toxicity   - Green.

·         Classification- Chemical.

·         Mode of Entry: (Selective Herbicide)

·         Mode of Action: Selective herbicide. It is taken up readily by the hypocotyls, mesocotyls and coleoptiles, and to a lesser extent, by the roots of germinating weeds. Keep 2-3 cm water in the crop and spray uniformly, immediately after transplanting to 4 of days of transplanting or Treat 20-25 kg dry sand with 500 ml of Pymetra  and apply it in the crop immediately after transplanting to within 4 days of transplanting.

Usage and Crops, Weeds & Dosage:

Targeted Weeds: All narrow and broad leaf weeds- Echinochloa crusgalli, Echinochloa colonum, Cyperus difformis, Cyperus iria, Fimbristylis milliacea, Eclipta alba, Ludwigia pulviflora, Leptochloa chinensis, Monochorea vaginalisa and Panicum repens.

Dosage: 500 ml/ Acre

Method of Application:   Foliar spray.

Additional Information

·         Pymetra Herbicide is generally compatible with other herbicides but always check specific product labels for compatibility.

·         It should not be mixed with highly alkaline products
